I’ve never had to have a sign made before and I don’t know where to start?
First, we want to get an understanding of your project. From there we can discuss materials, budget, time frame, location, to name a few. After that we will develop a mock up drawing for your review and approval. Once we get it right, we will have your signs made. Sounds simple because it can be and we are here to help.
Will this process take a long time?
The simple answer is no, but of course that depends on a couple factors. Generally speaking from our initial conversation to having something in front of you for approval is 2-3 business days. Once the concept is approved a formal quote will take anywhere from a couple hours to several days depending on the type of material. Same goes for manufacturing the product. I would say on average 7-10 days for more involved jobs while a simple vinyl lettering project can be soon as the next day.
I bet having a sign made is expensive?
It all depends…..it really is soup to nuts when you talk pricing. A basic vinyl letter yard sign or window decals that are simple to produce and very cost effective. If you want to get into lighted signs, dimensional letters, full vehicle wraps, etc. yes they can and do get very expensive.
Why would I choose your company over someone else?
We’re of the opinion that it comes down to who are you most comfortable with. At Idea Signs, we are not here just to make signs and send you on your way. We want to be your partner and make sure you achieve the visual impact you’re after. There are lots of companies that make signs, but not many that make impressions.
Do you do anything else besides signs?
Absolutely, signs are only part of our business. A lot of what makes a good looking sign has to do with the branding of your business. This includes your logo, choice of colors, materials, etc.. Depending on your project, we may step back from just making the sign you wanted to discuss your overall goals to find out the sign you need. We also offer wayfinding services to go along with our sign programs. Wayfinding is so much more than arrows and markers, it really takes a holistic look at how people find, navigate, and exit your building or grounds.
